I use an integrative therapeutic approach which allows for a personalized approach to my client's mental health. By combining various therapeutic techniques and theories, I create a treatment plan that caters specifically to your unique needs and experiences. My methods draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Brainwork Recursive Therapy (BWRT), Solution Focused Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Schema Therapy and more ensuring a comprehensive approach to your wellbeing. I am here to support you with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement/ loss, relationship issues, and various life stage transitions (puberty, adapting to tertiary studies, marriage, menopause, illness etc)

Individual Counselling

In individual counselling sessions, a person meets one-on-one with me to explore and discuss thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that they might be finding challenging.

The goal of individual counselling is to help the person better understand themselves and their challenges, and develop strategies to cope with and overcome their difficulties.

It is a confidential and safe space, where you can explore your emotions and work towards personal growth and healing.

Couples and Family Counselling

Couples counselling is a type of therapy that helps couples to improve their relationship and resolve challenges. It can be helpful for couples who are experiencing communication problems, trust issues, or other challenges in their relationship. 

Family counselling, on the other hand, is a type of therapy focused on improving communication and resolving conflicts within a family unit. It can be helpful for families who are experiencing issues such as parenting conflicts, sibling rivalry, or other challenges that are impacting the family dynamic.

Career Counselling

Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. Career counselling is a valuable service that helps you gain insight into your personality, interests, and values, allowing you to find a job that is the best fit for you.

The career counselling process will help you to explore career paths that align with your goals and aspirations.

Career counselling includes the completion of various career assessments which form part of the process of gathering information about yourself. 
Career counselling can also assist you if you are not experiencing job satisfaction in your present job.
